Group Training(at least 3 people)

These small, semi-private sessions remain personalized to meet each participant's individual goals.  Participants' efforts in these sessions are optimized through the support, accountability, and encouragement
of the group.


2 The Max Training is Ozaukee Counties premier location for Personal Training. We Start off with a 30 minute assessment and consultation in order for us to fully understand what your specific goals our. From their one of our trainers will design a fully customized program based off of your individual fitness goals.


      


Individual Training 

These personalized sessions are for those who thrive in a one on one setting. Whether you are currently exercising or are beginning a new fitness regime, we will come alongside you to help you reach your fitness goals. Each session provides its own challenges and will leave you feeling invigorated.
