2 The Max Training offers two different types of adult group classes, one being a morning Boot Camp class and the other being a 30 minute Blast class


30 Minute Blast 

For those looking for a class to get them moving, this fast paced workout will do just that. In this class, you will use multiple types of exercise equipment, such as medicine balls, kettlebells and weight bars, to work your muscles. This high work, low rest class will keep your heart rate up while burning large amounts of calories

Morning Boot Camp 

These small, semi-private sessions remain personalized to meet each participant's individual goals.  Participants' efforts in these sessions are optimized through the support, accountability, and encouragement
of the group.
